Project Wet

The Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide, for Kindergarten through twelfth grades, is a collection of innovative, water-related activities that are hands-on, easy to use and fun.  Project WET activities incorporate a variety of formats, such as large and small group learning, laboratory investigations, discussion of local and global topics and involvement in community service projects.

The Goal of Project WET is to facilitate and promote awareness, appreciation, knowledge, and stewardship of water resources through the development and dissemination of classroom-ready teaching aids for both inside and outside the classroom.

Project WET is not just for schools.  Summer camps and youth organizations can make use of the Project WET activities.

For more information on Project WET, please call or email  Nikole Watts at 607-426-3149 or nikole@chemungswcd.com and arrange for a Project WET activity.
